Delivery

Our shipping is based on the weight of the products you order. We use Royal Mail for the lighter orders, and Fedex for the heavier.

Light orders	Medium orders	Heavy orders
2-3 days - £3.99	2-3 days - £5.99	2-3 days - £6.99
3-5 days - £3.50	3-5 days - £3.40

 

Orders over £25 are eligible for free 3-5 day shipping.

Amount of time for dispatch can vary due to number of orders.  You will receive an email to notify the item has been shipped as soon as it is ready.  Shipping time can vary depending on the courier.  Once your order has been dispatched we have no control over it or how long it will take/when it will get to you. If you would like your order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering as we cannot guarantee it after orders have been placed. We can also offer special delivery on orders by request - please contact us if you would like this and we can quote you.

You can also collect your order from our shop for free - we will contact you when it is ready for collection (usually 2-3 days).  Please don't turn up until you have had confirmation from us that your order is ready.  If you would like your order by a certain day please contact us before ordering as we cannot guarantee it after doing so.

Cake Orders

If you order cakes there is a different set of shipping due to the fulfilment process.

If you order multiple dates then postage is charged by each date.
